Last year’s Sip, Savour & Spark became one of our favourite days of the year…so we’re doing it again!
Join us in beautiful Niagara on the Lake for a thoughtfully curated day of exceptional food, local wine, meaningful conversation, and a few powerful ideas shared by Tim & Claudia, that have resonated most with our clients over the past year.
You’ll spend the day with inspiring people, step away from the usual pace for a bit, and leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and glad you made the time.

What your day will look like
We’ll start the day at White Oaks Resort & Spa with connection, a thought-provoking keynote on The Power of Healthy Tension to spark a few new ideas, and enjoy a beautiful lunch.
From there, we’ll head to Ravine Vineyard to enjoy a workshop experience on Next-Level Teamwork built on the learning, inspiration, and connection from the morning. Followed by an optional guided wine tour and tasting.
Turn your visit into a Niagara getaway! Guests attending Sip, Savour & Spark can access a preferred room rate at White Oaks Resort & Spa (see our FAQ below).

Can I bring a guest?
Yes — and we hope you do!
A big part of what makes Sip, Savour & Spark special is who’s there with us. We encourage you to bring a colleague, peer, or friend who is eager to bring fresh thinking back to their team, and would genuinely value the conversations, ideas, and experience the day is designed to create.
Is there a cost to attend?
No — this day is completely on us!
What if I don’t have my guest details yet?
No problem. You can still RSVP now and we’ll follow up with you afterward to collect your guest’s information.
Can I stay overnight at White Oaks?
Absolutely. We’ve made it easy for you to turn Sip, Savour & Spark into a Niagara getaway!
Guests attending the event can access a preferred room rate of $239 + taxes, plus a $15 facility fee per room, per night, which includes a complimentary breakfast.
The preferred rate is available for Tuesday, July 14, Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16, based on availability.

We recommend booking early, as availability is limited and rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
What should I wear?
Business casual / summer smart casual.
What time does the day end?
We expect to wrap up around 3:00 PM, followed by an optional complimentary wine experience at Ravine Vineyard.
Do I need to stay for the wine experience?
Not at all — but we hope you will! We’ll officially wrap the programming portion of the day around 3:00 PM, followed by an optional guided tour and complimentary tasting at the gorgeous Ravine Vineyard for anyone who’d like to stay and enjoy it.
Where do I park and where do I go upon arrival?
📍White Oaks Resort & Spa
Our morning program will take place in Studio 10 at White Oaks.
Complimentary parking is available in the White Oaks parking lot.
When you arrive, enter through the main entrance and go to Studio 10. Staff will be on site to assist you.
📍Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery
Our afternoon program will take place in the Event Centre at Ravine Vineyard.
Guests may enter the property via either the York Road entrance or the Four Mile Creek Road entrance.
We recommend parking on the far right side of the lot closest to the Event Centre.
