Featured Workshop:

Fostering a Feedback Culture

In this live showcase, you will experience a sample of our workshop Fostering a Feedback Culture and explore one of the Healthy Tensions leaders face every day: communicating with truth AND tact.

Because feedback just doesn’t work well when we choose only being truthful or only being tactful. Leaders need to say what matters clearly while still protecting trust, dignity, and working relationships.

You will leave with useful ideas, practical tools, and a stronger feel for how this kind of learning can support leaders and teams in the real world.

Why this resonates in the municipal and regional space

We’ve had the chance to support a number of cities, municipal organizations, and regional organizations across Canada.

One leader from Niagara Region described the approach as refreshing and jargon free, and said the workshop offered tangible skills and tools that could be immediately implemented in a dynamic, diverse workplace.

A leader from the City of London shared that the session felt like more than training for the sake of training. It was engaging, memorable, and full of tools people could actually take away and use.
